WELCOME TO THE ART ROOM

This year your child will be part of an exciting standards based Visual Arts program. Students in my art class will be working in a variety of mediums and processes including watercolor, tempera, pastel, printmaking, clay, wire, paper mache, collage, and more.

I hope your child will begin to see the world like an artist and develop critical thinking skills that will last for a lifetime.
I believe ART is as important as any other subject and serves to connect us to all of humanity; past, present and future.
